When we practice mindfulness, we can calm our mind and this allows us to see more clearly what brings us happiness and what is causing us suffering.

Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided meditation and imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind. Melistic Zen aims to bring a healthy and happy mind to as many people as possible. Making mindfulness a way of life for you to help you get better, stay well, and live a long and enriched life.
