Bach Flower Remedy – Personal Mix

£10.00

Bach flower remedies are an alternative or complementary treatment that is used for emotional problems and pain. They’re made out of watered-down extracts from the flowers of wild plants. Edward Bach, a medical doctor and homeopath, created these remedies in the early 1900s.

I can mix you a personal treatment bottle with up to a maximum of seven remedies from the 38 Bach Flowers available. The best way to decide on your seven remedies is to book a 1:1 with me so we can talk them through and you get the best remedy for you. However if you would prefer to pick your own then you can message me and I can send you a list to choose from.

The dosage for the Bach Flower mix is four drops at least four times a day. There is no maximum dose. So if you are feeling particularly pressurised emotionally, then take the four drops more frequently. At acutely stressful times you may need to take Rescue Remedy too.

You can take the remedy directly onto your tongue – or add the four drops to any drink. It is perfectly safe for people of all ages – including children and animals

Bach Flowers, Spring water, We can add apple cider vinegar if requested to preserve the tincture for longer.
Add 4 drops to your water bottle or glass and sip throughout the day. You can also take direct on your tongue 4 drops. Make sure you take them regularly throughout the day when you are in crisis.
The remedies are considered safe to take in pregnancy and during labour, and for children and animals. A point of caution concerns the alcohol used to bottle and preserve the remedies. While the amount of alcohol in a single diluted dose is minute, you should check with your prescribing doctor, pharmacist or health advisor before taking an alcohol-based Bach remedy if you have any doubts or if you have been advised to avoid alcohol, or if there is any contraindication with alcohol and your prescribed medication. As far as we are aware there is normally no problem with taking Bach remedies alongside other medicines. The active ingredient in a flower remedy is an energy from the plant, not a physical substance, so it will not interfere with the physical action of the other medicine. Nor will the other medicine stop the Bach remedy from working.
